CLDA is excited to host the first national in-person conference for our industry, and as the FMF approaches we are continuing to ‎ensure that your safety is our foremost consideration.‎ Our plan is to adhere to the most up-to-date CDC guidelines and to take extra precautions to ensure ‎everyone’s safety during the event. Keep reading for additional information.
Are you hosting this event in person?
Yes, the 2021 Final Mile Forum & Expo will be held in person at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas from June 23-25.
Will masks be required?
Yes. Use of masks is required by Caesars Palace and the state of Nevada. ‎Signage will be in place to remind attendees of this requirement unless an event is taking place outdoors.
Will there be social distancing at the 2021 Final Mile Forum?  
Yes, we will be following CDC ‎recommendations both in social settings and educational sessions.‎
Will you have normal food and beverage at the event?
We will still provide hot breakfasts, lunches and heavy reception-style food, but it will be a bit different. These will not be self-serve and may be individually plated.

What will the event look like?
Our plan is to hold the Final Mile Forum as we have in the past. This will include one primary general session room, smaller rooms for educational breakout sessions, and the CLDA Exchange Hall. Meal functions will be hosted in the Exchange Hall with social distancing enforced, and an outdoor reception will be held on Thursday evening.
Will there be an exhibit hall?
Yes, the CLDA Exchange Hall will exist as it has previously, but will feature additional directional and social distancing signage. Social distancing will be enforced, and the hall will have seating for meal functions. You can view the floor plan here.
What size groups are legally allowed to gather in Las Vegas during the 2021 Final Mile Forum?
As of June 1, the state of Nevada and the city of Las Vegas will be operating at 100% capacity. Learn more in this recent announcement from the Nevada Health Response.
How many people can be in my booth if I am an exhibitor?
We ask that exhibitors ‎and attendees to do their best to social distance both within booths and in the overall Exchange Hall.‎
Are there any events outside?
Yes, we will have an outdoors reception on Thursday, ‎June 24. Masks will not be required, but social distancing guidelines will be enforced.‎
