Wes Gipe, Principal, Verity, LLC
Dr. Djoly Souffrant, President, Djoly Souffrant, LLC
Wes Gipe works with business owners and their teams as a trusted facilitator, business advisor and coach. Known for his enthusiasm and high-energy approach, Wes’s willingness to boldly approach tough issues and go the extra mile have gained him loyal clients who look to him for help with strategic planning, leadership and culture development, and mediation of inter-personal challenges. His has a particular passion for helping privately-held companies successfully transfer leadership to the next generation.

After building a company which no longer requires his daily attention, he now spends much of his time helping other organizations—big and small—build a strategy that endures. Through this work, he has logged over 11,000 coaching hours with more than 700 individuals throughout the Americas and Europe. His work has been featured in Forbes as well as other national media outlets.

Wes resides in Miami County, OH with his wife and three boys.

James A. Tompkins, Ph.D., Chairman, Tompkins International
Lance Tyson, President and CEO, Tyson Group

Dr. James A. Tompkins is an international authority on designing and implementing end-to-end supply chains. As the founder and Chairman of Tompkins International, his focus over the last several years has been in the areas of digital commerce, unichannel and supply chain reinvention. Over the last 40 years, Tompkins International has evolved from a supply chain consulting firm into an end-to-end supply chain consulting and solutions company, with business units focusing on supply chain consulting, material handling integration, and robotics. His 40-plus years as CEO of Tompkins International and his focus on helping companies achieve profitable growth give him an insider’s view into what makes great companies even better.

Jim received the prestigious Frank and Lillian Gilbreth Industrial Engineering Award from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) on June 1, 2015. The award is an attribute that recognizes Dr. Tompkins through the contributions he has provided to the welfare of mankind in the field of industrial and systems engineering. In addition, Jim has served as President of the IISE, the Materials Management Society and the College-Industry Council on Material Handling Education and has been named a Distinguished Engineering Alum by Purdue University. He has also received more than 50 additional awards for his service to his profession.

Jim is a thought leader, sharing insights on supply chain excellence through his thousands of presentations around the world and his YouTube videos have had over a million views. Jim also shares his knowledge and provides up-to-date information on supply chain and business trends via Linkedin and Twitter. He has written or contributed to more than 30 books and over 1,000 articles and has been quoted in hundreds of business and industry magazines.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1969, his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1970 and his Ph.D. in 1972, all from Purdue University.


Over the past two decades, Lance Tyson has followed his passion for developing strong business leaders and their salespeople by tapping into his natural ability to connect with people and foster an environment for learning and coaching.

As owner, President, and CEO of Tyson Group, Lance facilitates, trains, and conducts over one hundred workshops annually in areas such as performance management, leadership, sales, sales management, customer service, and team building.

In 2002, Lance took over several Dale Carnegie Training operations in the Midwest. He started with Cleveland, then rolled up to Columbus, and eventually took over the Cincinnati and Indianapolis marketplaces. Under Lance’s leadership, these marketplaces experienced 230% growth to become the largest Dale Carnegie Training operation. In 2010, Lance sold his interest in Dale Carnegie and formed PRSPX in Dublin, Ohio, to help clients build an effective sales ecosystem. PRSPX was restructured as Tyson Group in 2018 in order to better provide services to assess sales teams, diagnose their needs, and equip them to be better salespeople and leaders. Lance now focuses on the mission of Tyson Group: to coach, train, and consult with sales leaders and their teams to compete in a complex world.

Lance currently lives in Dublin, Ohio with his wife and three sons.



Ed Eppley, Principal Consultant, The Table Group | Founder, The Eppley Group
Ed helps organizations, executive teams and individuals gain clarity, increase accountability, and take action to advance rather than oscillate. Currently, Ed works regularly with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts captured in all of Pat Lencioni's books. His clients span a broad spectrum of various industries, including distribution, logistics, manufacturing, construction, chemical processing, financial services, technology, healthcare and professional services. Spending over 25 years as a professional development consultant, Ed brings a tremendous breadth of practical business experience to his clients. He’s been exposed to hundreds of different companies. Nothing surprises him. He has a unique capacity to help organizations and executive teams identify and implement the critical elements that matter most. Ed is a serial entrepreneur. He has started and sold a number of businesses, including several Dale Carnegie franchises, an ad agency, and a call center, among others. Ed lives with his wife, Fran, in the Columbus, Ohio area and has two grown children.
