All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 25, 2021 to firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $125 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after May 25, 2021. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed after May 25, 2021. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite by emailing email@example.com. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
