This bootcamp is suitable for C-Suite executives, company decision makers and young professionals in the leadership pipeline. This is a working session that will be limited to only 60 participants.
The CLDA ELS will be led by a facilitator and participants will be divided into groups to increase networking opportunities and encourage participation in round table sessions. This skills development boot camp is designed to offer practical working knowledge and takeaways that can be immediately applied to your business.
Howard Prager, President, Advance Learning Group
Advance Learning Group founder Howard Prager works to strengthen people and organizations through leadership and learning, speaking, coaching and workshops. He builds successful executive programs that have been recognized through several professional training awards. His programs are informative, fun and practical and include leadership and management skills, communication skills and styles, coaching and mentoring, feedforward and strategic planning. Howard serves as an Executive Coach to senior leaders and is certified in Stakeholder Centered Coaching. In 2017 Howard was selected to be a member of the MG100 Coaches, 100 executive coaches chosen from 16,000 applicants to work with famed author and number one executive coach Marshall Goldsmith to learn his methodology and share it with others.
Howard has worked with several logistics organizations including DSC Logistics and Quebecor World logistics. He serves as a lead training certificate assessor for ANSI (American National Standards Institute). Prior to Advance Learning, Howard led executive education at the University of Notre Dame and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, worked in learning at Exelon, Waste Management and Allstate and consulted with many organizations and nonprofit associations. A leader with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Howard judges the ATD Excellence in Practice awards. He earned his MBA from the University of Michigan in Organizational Behavior and has a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University. He volunteers with the Northwestern Alumni Association, ATD, Boy Scouts, and plays the tuba.
