Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 14, 2017 to info@clda.org. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $125 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after April 14, 2017. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed after May 30, 2017. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite by emailing info@clda.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
